关媛，女，满族，1989年12月生，黑龙江人。现在桂林理工大学化学与生物工程学院生物工程教研室从事教学与科研工作。

2019年01月-至今：任教，桂林理工大学化学与生物工程学院，生物工程教研室。
2014年09月-2018年12月：东北师范大学 生物化学与分子生物学专业 博士。
2012年09月-2014年06月：东北师范大学 生物化学与分子生物学专业 硕士。
2008年09月-2012年06月：哈尔滨师范大学 学士。

主要从事天然产物活性成分分析、生物大分子的结构与功能、生物资源与利用等方面研究。相关研究发表在Food & Function、Fronties in Nutrition、Journal of functional foods和Anti-Cancer Drugs等刊物。
