邹建梅,女,汉族,1991年出生于广西桂林,中共党员,理学博士,硕士研究生导师。现于桂林理工大学化学与生物工程学院应用化学教研室从事教学与科研工作。

2013.09—2019.06,湖南大学,化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室,分析化学专业,获理学博士学位。
2009.09—2013.06,天津师范大学,化学学院,化学生物学专业,获理学学士学位。
