张淑华 教授

 张淑华,男,汉族,1970年生,湖南邵阳人,二级教授。1993年毕业于湖南邵阳学院化学工程专业,20026月获广西师范大学无机化学专业硕士学位,20093月获南京大学无机化学理学获博士学位。2002年起在桂林工学院工作,2006年破格晋升为副研究员,2007年聘为化学工程与工艺专业硕士生导师,2009年晋升为教授。20123-20128月,英国Middlexsex University大学高级访问学者。201310-201410月,San Jose State University访问学者。广西高校优秀人才项目获得者,广西第一届优秀青年骨干教师项目获得者。2017年聘为材料科学与工程专业博士生导师。核心期刊《合成化学》编委;记功一次。

张淑华教授长期从事功能材料的设计、合成及性能探索工作。在金属簇合物、磁性功能配合物的系统研究中构筑了近300个结构新颖的化合物,均拿到单晶衍射结构数据。作为负责人承担了国家自然科学基金,广西自然科学基金等项目10余项。申请国家发明专利192项,已获得授权35项。作为主要作者发表论文200余篇,SCI收录170余篇,SCI引用超过1500次;受邀成为Journal of the Americal Chemistry Society, Dalton Transaction, Arabian Journal of Chemistry, Supramolecular Chemistry, Journal of Solid State Chemistry, Journal of Coordination Chemistry, Journal of Molecular Structure, Journal of Cluster Science, Z. Anorg. Allg. Chem., Applied Organometallic Chemistry等国际期刊及无机化学,结构化学等国内期刊的审稿人。

2013年或广西自然科学三等奖1项(获奖证书号:2013-Z-3-003-01),2006年获广西科学技术进步奖三等奖1项(证书号:2006-3-071-03)。已主讲4门研究生课程:《固体无机化学》、《功能有机材料》、《化工测试技术》、《化工论文阅读与写作》;讲授本科生课程有《普通化学》、《无机化学》、《有机化学》、《化学工程基础》、《化工制图》、《化工设备与过程开发》等。指导近40名本科毕业论文;指导硕士生37名(已毕业24名),博士研究生1名,其中有12名考上重点大学等博士研究生。8人次获得国家奖学金,获2019年桂林理工大学优秀研究生指导教师。

近年来教学方面的业绩

主持广西教育科学“十二五”规划2011年度立项课题(No. 2011C0026)1项,负责卓越工程师教育培养计划化学工程领域全日制工程硕士建设。参加化学工程与工艺国家级特色专业、化学化工区级教学团队、广西高等学校特色专业及课程一体化、化学工程与工艺专业教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”以及协同创新团队建设,发表教改论文9篇,是《现代精细化工生产工艺流程图解》的副主编,参加《大学化学》教材的编写工作。“一目标二融合三保障四举措,八年卓越班工程师教育实验班的探索与实践”,荣获广西教学成果奖特等奖(排名第七),“平台+案例”提升化学化工类研究生创新能力培养的研究与实践”,荣获广西教学成果奖三等奖(排名第一),“地方高校化学化工专业产学研协同育人的研究与实践”,荣获广西教学成果奖二等奖(排名第六)
